General Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen - AGB)

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Skinceptional e.U. (hereinafter referred to as the "Salon") and the client. The Salon is registered under company number FN 600137 f, with a VAT identification number of ATU80837409. The official address is Köstlergasse 9/15, 1060, Vienna, Österreich.
2. Conclusion of Contract
Appointments are made by individual arrangement via phone at +436608400509 or email at Contact@skinceptional.at or via website form. The contract for service is concluded upon the Salon's confirmation of the appointment. By making an appointment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. Services, Prices, and Payment
3.1. The Salon performs services as detailed in its service brochure.
3.2. All listed prices are final prices inclusive of the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
3.3. Deposits: A deposit is required to secure appointments for Permanent Makeup (PMU) procedures and Construction Nails architecture services. For all other procedures, payment is due in full after the service has been performed at the salon. Clients may choose to pay in advance for any service.
4. Client Obligations and Special Conditions
4.1. Age Restrictions: The Salon does not offer manicure gel services to clients under the age of 16.
4.2. Patch Tests: For clients with sensitive skin who choose a permanent makeup procedure, a patch test is conducted prior to the service.
4.3. Health Information: The client is obligated to inform the Salon of any existing allergies or health conditions prior to treatment. For new clients and specific procedures like PMU, a questionnaire must be completed and signed by the client.
5. Cancellation Policy (Stornobedingungen)
5.1. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
5.2. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the Salon reserves the right to retain the deposit or, if no deposit was made, to issue an invoice for the full amount of the booked service.
5.3. A new appointment will only be granted after the outstanding invoice has been paid.
5.4. Late Arrivals: If a client is late, the service will be performed within the remaining time of the scheduled appointment to avoid delays for subsequent clients.
5.5. Salon-Initiated Cancellations: Should the Salon need to cancel an appointment, the client will be offered a full refund of any deposit paid or the option of priority rescheduling.
6. Liability
6.1. The Salon is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into the salon. Clients are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.
6.2. While the Salon uses high-quality professional products (Dermalogica, Guinot), it cannot be held liable for allergic reactions if the client has not disclosed known sensitivities.
6.3. The Salon strives for the best possible results, but does not guarantee specific service outcomes, as they can vary based on individual factors.
7. Final Provisions & Dispute Resolution
7.1. The laws of the Republic of Austria shall apply.
7.2. The Salon declares its willingness to participate in an online dispute resolution procedure with a consumer arbitration board as recommended by EU law.
